Why is my Tonkeeper endlessly refreshing?

If you're experiencing an issue where your wallet keeps refreshing and you're unable to complete a transaction, please check the following:

  1. The latest version of the app is installed.
  2. The date and time on your smartphone are configured to automatically update and are synchronized with the main server (depending on your phone model).
  3. A stable internet connection. If necessary, switch from Wi-Fi to LTE or vice versa.
  4. Your VPN is turned off.
  5. Try restarting your smartphone.
